My Background

I’ve been a licensed agent for over 20 years in North Carolina who believes real estate shopping should be as seamless as any other experience. You want an agent you can trust and I promise to treat you like family. By combining advanced professional training along with local insight, I will help homeowners and investors make smarter moves—without the headaches. I’ll give you the good, the bad and the ugly and allow you to make the right decision for you and your family. Your best interest is my only interest!

I started my Real Estate career when I moved back to North Carolina after a seven year stint as a professional baseball coach and scout in South Florida. My first job was working for Bluegreen Developers in the Chapel Hill, NC area. A Fred Couples designed golf course community named Chapel Ridge consisting of over 500 home sites that sold out in 18 months. The company flew me around the country to attend sales seminars run by some of the top sales trainers in the country. After selling out Chapel Ridge, I relocated to the mountains of North Carolina and worked with Jack Nicklaus on a resort community named Queens Gap that failed. The market crashed and I wanted to move back to the coast closer to family. I’ve worked for Brunswick Forest, Bill Clark Homes, Logan Homes, and with Coleman Fine Homes. I decided it was time to stop selling and take all the knowledge I had gained over the years and put it to work for you, the buyer in the General Real Estate World. I started with Carolina Plantations Real Estate and worked with some great Real Estate Professionals. After a couple years I left and helped start The Saltwater Agency.

We are a small firm made up of experienced agents. We don’t work in teams but rather as one group. We all help each other so that we only give the best information to our clients. If I don’t know the answer, I will get it from one of my fellow agents.

I understand this is the largest purchase a family can make and I approach the process with your best interest in mind. They have their experts so you should too.
